Celeste Mare Models is the model-development practice within Celeste Mare, based in Amsterdam. Contact the practice about personal information at info@celestemare.com.

Using the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Editorial images are delivered through Amazon CloudFront. These providers receive information needed to deliver requests, such as IP addresses, requested resources and browser information, and may process operational and security logs. We have not added analytics or marketing cookies to this website. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when protecting the service.

Preparing an enquiry

The contact forms prepare an email draft locally in your browser. Their contents are not submitted to a website database. The copy button uses your device’s clipboard when you request it. Your chosen email application or service handles a draft you open and any message you send.

Emails you send

Messages sent to us are handled through Zoho Mail. We use the contact details and information you choose to provide to respond to your enquiry and consider relevant professional discussions. Depending on the enquiry, this processing supports steps you request before a possible agreement or our legitimate interest in responding to professional correspondence. Access is limited to handling that correspondence. Please send only information relevant to the enquiry; do not send identity documents, revealing photographs or information about children.

Correspondence may be retained while it is needed for an active enquiry, a professional relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us if you would like us to review or remove information you have provided.

Your information

For questions, access, corrections or deletion requests, email info@celestemare.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence before acting on a request. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.

You can also ask about restricting processing, objecting to processing, or obtaining a portable copy where applicable. You may raise a concern with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data-protection authority.

External services

Our service providers may process information internationally depending on their infrastructure and service arrangements.
